Rebecca has spent over 20 years in operational leadership roles in private equity and hedge fund management firms. Having been CFO/COO at Hanover Investors for 8 years, Rebecca is now Hanover’s Head of Responsible Investing. In this role she is passionate about creating value for Hanover's investors and portfolio companies. Rebecca is Non Executive Director of Seetec Business Technology Centre, a trustee of the Fairlife Foundation and is Deputy Chair of the ICAEW East of England Local Network Board.
