She set up Systemiq Capital with the two Investment GPs and now looks after everything non-investment related - from fund operations to LPs to team and everything in between! The common thread is getting stuff done and oiling the wheel to allow everything to operate seamlessly. Jessica has previous transactional (McKinsey) operational (FTSE 250 food manufacturer) and sustainability (Systemiq consulting) experience.
