Martina is the Chief Financial Officer at Terlos, a private investment firm launched in 2024 with a focus on European Consumer Brands. Terlos is backed by a family office and a sovereign wealth fund. Martina oversees all areas of the organisation to include finance, legal, IT, HR, fund administration and M&A support. Prior to joining she spent 13 years at MidEuropa, a mid-cap private equity firm as Head of Finance in London. Previously she was an Investment Accountant at Lone Star Funds in Dublin. Martina started her career in the Finance Office, University College Dublin. Martina is a member of the Chartered Accountants Ireland (London Society). She moved to London from Dublin 2010 and lives in London with her family. She is passionate about continuous learning and development and the importance of having a peer network group.
