Katja Baur

Katja is CFO at secondaries firm Montana Capital Partners. She has been working in private equity since 2010, when she was appointed CFO of Alpha Associates, a private equity, private debt and infrastructure manager investing globally. In this role, she also acted as CFO of Private Equity Holding, a listed investment company. Before joining Montana Capital Partners, Katja has been Director of Finance and Operations at direct secondaries specialist Evoco. She started her career in the audit financial services division of KPMG, is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant and holds a M.A. in business administration from the University of Zurich.

Mr Cunningham has overall responsibility for all matters relating to accounting, financial control, taxation, fund administration and reporting and regulatory compliance for the Helios group entities. With 32 years in the finance industry, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Barclays Private Equity (“BPE”) for six years. He was Director, Head of Finance & Product Control Projects at Barclays Capital. He is Chairman of the International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines (“IPEV”) Board. He also worked at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse, since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Whinney in 1989.

Karan joined Dunedin in 2012. She is responsible for strategic financial planning for the managed funds, the provision of detailed financial information for investors, as well as the analysis of portfolio performance. Karan also has wider operational responsibilities within Dunedin including HR and IT. Following graduation Karan joined KPMG where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She spent two years seconded to KPMG Melbourne before returning to the UK where she became a Senior Manager in the Financial Services Audit department, prior to joining Dunedin.

Martin Garcia

Martin is the CFO of BITKRAFT Ventures. He carries out many duties at BITKRAFT, including all operational and financial responsibilities. His international background and fund management knowledge are key to ensure that BITKRAFT maximizes its efforts as it invests in and supports portfolio companies' growth.
Prior to BITKAFT, Martin was the Operating Partner of a Palo Alto-based VC firm with over $250M in AUM. Martin started his career as a consultant at PwC where he performed FDD in over 20 countries. MBA from University of Chicago and US CPA. He is also a graduate of the Kauffman Fellows Program.

Millie comes from a very non-traditional human resources background. She originally started her career as a geography research assistant at the University of Cambridge, having previously studied a bachelor’s degree in geography and archaeology as well as a masters degree in geography, both at the University College Cork. She then joined Bridges Fund Management in 2006 as the PA to the CEO and office manager. As the firm grew, Millie’s role expanded to become the HR & operations manager of the whole firm.

Jackson is Northzone's CFO, and is based out of London. His role is focused on ensuring Northzone runs a tight ship, including the investor reporting and meeting the firm's obligations.

Prior to joining Northzone, Jackson was Financial Controller at IP Group - a FTSE-listed Venture firm specialising in University spin-outs, and trained with PwC in their investment management assurance department. Jackson holds an ACA from the ICAEW, and an MA in Global Political Economy and a BSc in Nanotechnology, both from the University of Sussex.

Tom is Chief Operating Officer of Pemberton, a member of the Executive Management Committee of Pemberton Capital Advisors LLP and a director of Pemberton Asset Management S.A. He joined Pemberton in 2017. Prior to that he worked in a number of operational and COO-type roles in wealth management and investment banking. He spent 10 years at RBS, where he was Global Head of Operations for the GBM Division and worked extensively on the integration of the ABN AMRO business. He also ran operations supporting the investment bank, including loans and credit products. Tom has over 25 years’ financial services experience and has also held senior operations roles at Morgan Stanley and SBC/UBS, both in London and the US. Tom has an MA in Physics from the University of Oxford and is a Chartered Accountant.

Debojit Mukherjee is Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the Responsible Investment Committee at Agilitas Private Equity, the pan-European mid-market private equity firm which invests in defensible businesses with opportunities for significant step changes. Agilitas has a patient, sector-focused approach to investing and a strong track-record of dramatically transforming and growing companies. Debojit has held positions as both COO and CFO at private equity firms in London since 2009, holds a BSc. in Economics from University College London and is a fellow of the ICAEW. He speaks English and Bengali.

Elected as one of Norway's top10 management talents in finance, 3 consecutive years (2016-2018), and top40 under 40 (2019). Master degrees in both tech and finance.

Rob has worked in the alternative investment space for over a decade, most recently as COO of Aimed Capital, the systematic global macro hedge fund. Rob qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in Sydney and holds a Master of Finance from the University of Cambridge and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

Prior to joining Nordic Capital, Klas has six years’ experience as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Klas holds an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, with an international exchange programme major in Finance from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.
