Nisha joined Actis in February 2023 as Chief Operating Officer. Nisha has responsibility for a broad range of operations, people, financial and executive leadership activities and is a member of Actis’ operational, risk and valuation committees. Nisha is a seasoned senior executive, with over 25 years’ experience across strategy, growth, fund structuring, debt finance and compliance. She also has a strong background in multi-sector real estate. Prior to joining Actis, Nisha played a key leadership role in the strategy and growth of EQT Real Estate. Nisha is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
