
Tom joined Alter Domus in April 2021. He supports both the GP and LP community, with a focus on
real assets, real estate and asset owners. He is responsible for working with the industry ecosystem
including, GP, LP, legal advisors, placement agents, tax and audit partners in order to find the best
solution for our clients.
Tom has a wide range of experience including in private equity, real estate, infrastructure and
venture capital. Tom has previously worked in both corporate and business strategy roles with an
underpinning focus on achieving sustainable revenue growth.
Prior to joining Alter Domus, Tom held various roles including with other third-party fund
administrators and UK regulatory hosting firms. Prior to this he supported the London Stock
Exchange Group on their attempt to merge with the Deutsche Boerse. He also worked extensively in
capital markets helping the largest banks become compliant with waves of regulations that were
introduced such as Dodd-Frank, Mifid II and Basel III.
Tom has a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Bristol University and an Executive MBA from CASS
Business School. Since graduating from CASS Tom has joined the CASS mentor programme
supporting new cohorts in their journey through the MBA.
