Salman is a Director and Head of Transformation team at Pemberton. He is responsible for leading the function and supporting the COO in building a scalable and efficient platform capable of supporting the needs of a fast growing business. Prior to joining Pemberton in 2022, Salman was a Manager at EY within the Wealth and Asset Management Consulting team in London. His main focus was working on leading operational strategy (Target Operating Model design, Outsourcing and Digitisation) projects for private markets C-suite executives at some of the largest asset managers, insurance firms and sovereign wealth funds. He has over 10 years’ experience in private markets having started his career in EY’s Audit division focusing on the audit of FTSE-listed and unlisted private equity clients. Salman is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS) and holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance w/ Industrial Experience from The University of Exeter.
