Julia is the Head of Luxembourg, CFO, COO of Castik since 2016. She has grown the operations team from 5 to ~30 persons, heading teams in charge of fund administration, accounting, reporting, transaction services, corporate, tax and digitalization. She is also a member of the board of managers and of the investment committee. Prior to Castik, Julia held several positions in the back-, middle- and front office of PE funds.

Debojit Mukherjee joined Agilitas as Chief Operating Officer in 2017. He has held similar roles with private equity firms in London since 2009. Prior to that, he spent three years with Carbon Capital Markets, having previously qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He started his career at Barclays Capital. Debojit holds a BSc in Economics from University College London and is a fellow of the ICAEW. He speaks English and Bengali.
